When preparing for a reading I will meditate on your inquiry, and will often use candles, crystals, and incense to enhance the connection to the cards and your energy. This is a process that can sometimes take time. After I have your information, a reading may take anywhere from 24 hours up to 10 days to complete.

During this time, if you would like to cancel, please contact me right away. As tarot reading is a service customized specifically to you, once I have done your reading and sent it to you, the window for cancellations and refunds will have closed.

In a reading, I relay what the cards tell me. Tarot cards do not pander. This means if you do not like the message of the reading, this is not a valid reason for requesting a refund.

I cannot read minds. This means that you need to provide me with accurate information for me to work with in a reading. If needed, I may reach out to you for more information.

I cannot read for minors. By purchasing my service, you confirm you are 18+ in age.

I cannot provide legal, medical, or financial advice. Please contact the appropriate professional if in need of advice in these areas.

I am not responsible for any repercussions caused by the decisions you make after your reading.

Contact the dead. I don't work directly with contacting spirits of the deceased. There are readers that do, but this is not in my wheelhouse.

Read for 3rd parties. Although others might appear in your reading, the focus must be on you and your situation.

I retain the right to refuse services for any reason. I am a highly intuitive person, and if I feel that the reading is not suited to the situation, that I am not the right reader for you, or that the timing is wrong, there is a chance I will refuse service and refund your order in full.

Please contact me right away if you need to return an item purchased in my shop. Most items can be returned for refund or exchange (usually less shipping charges) if they are shipped back within 14 days of delivery in undamaged condition. (Note: "Undamaged condition" includes lack of odors such as cigarette smoke, perfume, etc). Damage to items may nullify your refund.

ALL returns are subject to a $5.00 USD restocking fee.

Please carefully and securely package the order back in its original packaging to protect the item from damage, and include your name and return address inside the package so that I can look up your order and process your refund once it arrives. No refunds will be processed until the returned item arrives back to me.

Unless otherwise arranged, all orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays via the United States Postal Service. (This includes Priority and 2-Day Express packages.)

Readings will be delivered within 5 days.

All INTERNATIONAL shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays at customs or other complications can happen. Your order will not be considered lost until 90 after its shipped date.

I DO NOT ship to South American countries (such as Mexico, Brazil, etc) due to persistent delivery issues. I DO NOT ship to Germany due to the VerpackG Act. Any orders placed for these countries will be cancelled.

Because many of the orders placed in my shop are sent directly to friends and family as gifts, I don't usually include a printed receipt when orders are shipped. If you would like a printed invoice included in your order, please send me a note and let me know.

Please contact me immediately if you believe your package has been lost in transit.

For International Orders: Delivery times quoted by the post office estimates. Due to the world wide pandemic situation, many international shipments are being delayed weeks or even months in their delivery times.

NO international package will be considered lost until 90 days after your order's ship date. This ensures that there are no customs delays or other issues causing a delay in delivery.

At that time, I will send you a link for you to confirm via affidavit that you have not received your item, which will need to be completed immediately. Once completed, I will then refund your order.
